Today, we’re going to talk about the Full deadlift Jack in India.

This is a piece of equipment I’ve seen in gyms & competition stages. I never really made a BLOG on it before, even though I’ve used the small-sized Leeway Mini Deadlift Jack for a long time and made several blogs & videos on that.

✅ The Full deadlift Jack is essentially the big brother of the mini deadlift jacks.

It takes all the pros of the smaller deadlift Jack and puts them into a larger, stronger, and more versatile model. I upgraded to this version a while ago, and honestly, I use it every single time I deadlift.⭐

Any brand does not sponsor me, but if you buy through my recommendations, I will get a small commission (affiliate) & this blog is just my real-world experience.

Key Benefits of Full Deadlift Jack

  1. Lightweight but strong: The FULL version weighs less than 20 kgs. It’s made from 3 mm (11 gauge) construction and 50 X 50 mm (2″) square pipes, with grippy material on the handles. Despite being so light, it makes lifting the bar extremely easy. The USI Jack lifts it with no problem. I can lift it with one hand, even just two fingers. That’s how smooth it is.
  2. Makes loading and unloading effortless. Anyone who’s loaded heavy bars knows it can get tiring, even when using a jack. With the Full deadlift jack, lifting and unloading plates becomes almost effortless.
  3. Good design for whippy bars: The FULL version is wider than most jacks. That helps reduce the issue of plates touching the ground when you’re loading a very bendy bar (like the deadlift bars). It doesn’t eliminate the problem, but it’s noticeably better than smaller jacks.✨

Downsides of buying a Deadlift Jack.

Of course, it’s not perfect.

  1. Tips easily when bumped: Since it works so well loaded, it’s also very easy to flip when it’s unloaded. If you bump into it, it can tip over.
  2. Shakiness: Because it’s lightweight and minimal in design, it does vibrate a bit after unloading a bar. It’s not a big deal, but you’ll notice it wobbles.
  3. Width issues: While the wide design is great for whippy bars, it also means the Jack is too wide to fit inside most commercial racks. If you deadlift inside a rack for rack pulls, band pulls, or space limitations, this won’t fit between the uprights. In that case, you’d need the smaller jack.

Price:

The USI full deadlift Jack retails for Rs 7219 on Amazon. That’s about twice as expensive as many other jacks.

Unless you’re looking at ultra-premium brands like Bullrock fitness, which cost Rs 14,433 + shipping, it’s definitely on the higher end.

Personally, I think it’s worth it. ✨

It saves effort, and it’s extremely well built. But if you don’t care about those benefits, you could always just wedge a 2.5 kg plate under your bar and save the money.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I really like the USI UNIVERSAL Heavy Duty Deadlift Bar Jack. It works just as well as any other Jack, but on a larger scale.

It’s lightweight, easy to use, and handles heavy barbell loads better than most other options.

For me, it’s worth the higher price tag because I deadlift often and use it every single time.

If you want something compact and cheaper, the regular small Leeway Fitness deadlift Jack might be enough.

But if you want a full-sized, premium jack that makes bar loading almost effortless, this is a fantastic option.✨

If you have any questions about it, drop them in the comments below.

You may choose any one of these; they all do the work. But if time and convenience matter to you, then pick the right size of the jack which supports you well.

Verdict — Is It Worth Buying a Deadlift Jack?

If you are into regularly lifting heavy weights or train alone (at home gym), a full or mini deadlift jack is definitely worth having.

It reduces the risk of injury when bending down and changing plates, also helps protect your gear, and makes loading/unloading much easier.

If you tell me roughly how much weight you plan to lift and whether you have a home gym or a full gym setup, I can help recommend 2–3 best deadlift jacks suitable for you (with approximate price range in India).

FAQs
Q1: Is a deadlift jack only for advanced lifters?

No — it’s useful for everyone who lifts in the gym or at home, from beginners to advanced level. Nobody has to face straining thier backs while changing plates. It makes loading and unloading such a breeze.

Q2: Can I use it for any barbell?

Possibly yes — most good jacks support standard straight barbells. Other speciality bars may not. Always check compatibility before buying.

Q3: Is it safe / stable to use the deadlift jack?

When built well (strong steel, stable base), yes. A poor-quality deadlift jack might wobble — that’s why checking build quality & stability is an important factor.

Q4: Is deadlift jack worth buying for a home gym?

I have it. For many others, yes, it is a must thing. If you frequently change plates, a jack saves time, reduces strain, and makes you feel more relaxed.

As always—thanks for watching, and stay big.❤️
